No display after unplugging both tvs and plugging them back in

As the title says. I unplugged the pc from the two tvs it was plugged into to move it. When i plugged it back in the display would not work on either tv. also tried doing one tv at a time, switching the cables and trying a different tv. Im also wondering if there is a way to reset the display settings without a screen.

To reset the display settings, remove the battery on the motherboard. Problem solved by the way.
