My TV won't turn on.

I have a Daewoo sl-601t dlt-32g1 and when I turn it on, It starts clicking and the light keeps turning blue and red (blue meaning it's turning on and red that it shut's down ) around half a second each. The screen just stays black and the clicking comes from around the bottom mid part of the back of the TV.

Take it to tech repair shop, it should be somewhat cheap around 50-60 or if its above 100$ i would rather buy new TV.
Is it led or plasma?

Then probably electronics died. Take it to repair shop.
