hmm its a fresh install. why are those services going haywire.. this service shouldve ended quickly as soon as you had your first windows updates on your first login.
try the link here. this will fix the TiWorker service issue.
https://tunecomp.net/tiworker-exe-cpu-usage-reaches-50-or-100-in-windows-10-fix-tiworker-issue/

you can download the free version of this tool from the link below. install. you can check on health tab to see if there are any yellow warnings. i know you said its a new HDD but you may never know. maybe you dont need to do the "error scan", if you already fixed it with the link above. this process will take awhile. (like hours)

fresh install right? this could be your windows index service doing its job on your new system drive. you can turn it off by right clicking on your C drive. uncheck the "allow files to be index (not exact wording)". apply to all subfolders. ok. with CPUs and drives so fast today you dont need that service anymore.

I unchecked indexing to all subfolders. Even this didn´t put my disk use down. I am still getting 100% occasionally. Do you have anything else to try?

could you check your Task Manager go to performance. open resource monitor. go to Disk tab. expand disk activity. sort by total. tell us what you see. on top of the list. the image file and the file itself.

I have on top TiWorker with filename C:\$LogFile (NTFS Volume Log) with total of more than 5.000.000 b/sec

at second: System with file name: C:\Windows\System32\Config\COMPONENTS with total of more than 3.000.000 b/sec

the second one seems to occur more often...

:(
