Can't change my boot device to CD/DVD

I'm unable to change my boot device to CD/DVD. I tried almost everything and still not able to do it. Even with the pressed F8 it didn't wanted to change, it just shows "Windows Boot Manager" can't change to anything else

What does your user guide say? You might need to turn off Secure Boot in your BIOS/UEFI.
