Upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7 using an OEM key. Now it’s asking me to activate my Windows 10 even though I already activated it using my OEM key when I was upgrading. Any way to fix this?

Nevermind, I solved my problem by going through a series of automated customer service to get my key re-activated. Was so stressed out I forgot how I even got to automated customer service, haha.

I'll take this as a lesson to stay away from pirated games tied to Xbox PC.

Also, to answer your question @sizzling, I got it from Kinguin.

It was actually just dodgy game files tied to the Xbox software. Installing it compromised my key, which I ended up having to get re-activated.

I'm actually enjoying the divergence of opinions on this site. It's been interesting, especially about matching RAM and wiping HDDs...I will admit that Kinguin sounds dodgy on the surface, but I've had good luck so far...knock on wood!

But I just realized...I've only bought Windows OEM licenses from them, not game or other keys, so my experience is a bit limited
