I'm thinking about buying a proper monitor as I've been using an old LCD TV for the last few years, and am having problems calibrating it. I've also started doing more image editing and want something that reproduces colour more accurately.
My budget is up to about £160 ($220) and I'm not interested in playing games, it's for daily use and photoshop. I'm aware that a I'd need to spend rather more for a good photo editing monitor, but I would imagine most things will be better than I'm currently using.
I've come down to 3 choices:
Asus 239H (IPS, 23 inches)
LG 23MP68VQ (IPS, 23 inches)
BenQ 2870H (VA, 28 inches)
I've read that the BenQ is not as sharp as the other two, but like the idea of a bigger screen, and it has a higher contrast ratio. Any thoughts, or is there anything else I should be considering?
