144hz Gsync and 144hz nond gsync dual display

Hi everybody, so basically I'm a little stuck and haven't found any threads that give me the info I need. I currently have a 32inch 144hz non gsync monitor, and I'm about to buy a 24inch 144hz gsync monitor. I want to use the 32inch as a secondary screen while keeping the gsync as my main for streaming games.
1. Can I set up both my monitors at 144hz?
2. Would enabling gsync cause any turbulence in either monitors? (Ie, gsync not enabling to the main monitor or something like that)
3. Would a 1070ti handle the load? (Both are 1080p)
4. (Bonus question, I'm sure I could find the answer on YT but all info helps) what's the best possible set up way to allow me to use both monitors? I've not set up dual monitors before
