Question AMD Website is not opening | Unable to install AMD Graphics Driver!

Sorry if i am straight forward because i want to resolve my problems ASAP!

My Configuration-

I am using Netgear Router
I am experiencing following Problems -

1.) In my wifi network, in my Desktop PC, I am not able to open AMD Drivers download website! Even in my Mobile phone, if connected to the same network as my PC, I cant open Drivers.amd.com but with data connection it is opening just fine. That means there is something wrong with my Router or idk.
Sometimes i receive this error or partially opened AMD website

2.) Also Tomshardware takes too much time to load in wifi but open just fine in mobile network.

-My Firewell is also turned off-

-My internet Speed-

- No issues with other websites but these two.

3.) MAIN ISSUE
Not able to install AMD drivers. I have somehow downloaded the "auto detect tool" provided by AMD but it does nothing. Extracting files and then it disappears.

Steps I followed-
-Turned off Automatic Windows Update

-Uninstalled the drivers in safe mode using Guru3D DDU
-Ran the auto Detect Utility and nothing happened. (also tried amd crimson driver 17.2.2 but same error)

So i am kinda stuck with no graphics installed!

Note- Windows automatically install r9 200 series drivers but i don't want to install 200 series drivers i want to install exact model drivers, which is R9 270x

turn off automatic driver updates in windows

try using another browser

did you restart windows?

unplug the router, wait for about 5minutes and plug in again

It was just my ISP not letting me open the website. I contacted them they refreshed and everything was normal.
