Okay I may consider this. But what is the difference between the normal one and Tobii Eyetracking Curved?

Tobii Eyetracking Info, some games support this tech but it's still fairly new.

Okay noted. Btw is there much difference if I get a 1080p and 1440p monitor?

Maybe? I think that's a user preference as I've read many reviews where some say the difference is noticeable and others not so much. I can't say so much as personal experience either as I've gamed on a 1080P screen/4K HDTV & tested out a 3440x1440P (Acer X34). Personally I really like ultrawidescreens (21:9) however I would only recommend one if the games you play or programs you use can utilize that ratio.

I'm kinda fickle now on getting either 1080p or 1440p for my build. And if I'm planning on getting 27", should I get an IPS or TN panel?

That's another user preference (lol), some like the TN panels for the lower input lag and would rather avoid IPS glow. Personally I like IPS as the colors are better but they are prone to some blacklight bleed.

I am always in front of my computer for long hours be it watching movie or gaming. Does the panel difference affect my eye?

TBH I don't think so but I'm not a MD. I adjust mine to whatever is comfortable for my eyes. Been gaming & watching movies on my system for hours a day for the past 17 years without issues however if you not very active and develop Type 2 diabetes it can affect your eyesight.

Alright then. I'll go down to a store and compare 1080p & 1400p and IPS & TN. If doesn't make much difference, I'll get a 1080 with TN panel because it's cheaper. Thank you so much for your help!

Good idea, that's how I figured out that my next monitor is going to be 2560x1080P/144hz/IPS/34" was I saw similar models in a local store and then did some research into the games I played to find out they support 21:9 without mods.
