Wont boot to screen.

So i have a asus b350 mobo and just got my ram, mobo, cpu, psu well everything but the graphics card and it wont boot. The only reason i dont have a gpu yet is because of a tight budget. I have ryzen 3 ddr4 ram that kind of stuff so any tips?

Ryzen 3 CPUs do not have an integrated graphics solution. You need a GPU to use your system.

Without GPU you will not be able to see if it boots or not - unless you are saying that the system is not powering up at all. It should power up without GPU, start up the fans and LEDs, but that's about all you can get without it.
