Monitor power adapter

I have a screen that used to have a 25w power adapter in two cables. Wall to adapter and adapter to monitor. It broke and I am using a unique cable power adapter, just wall to monitor, that says 59w. Can it harm the screen? And, how can it harm it?

If the voltage is right, no harm, with more power, it should be even better.
