One monitor is all messed up

Just installed a new PC and the right monitor looks just fine but my left monitor is all pixelated and looks like some of the colors are inverted. This only happened once I installed the display driver and when I see the boot screen it still looks just fine. Any advice anyone? It is only my one left monitor which works find with anything else.

I am running with a GTX 1060 3gb Dual. And this only happens when I go to to device manager and update the drivers there.
