Good 22 inch monitor?

I just need a 22 inch monitor which can display a good image but doesnt sacrifices the response time, it doesnt have to be one of those 144hz ones but i would like having at least 80hz or 120hz would be nice too, also i dont mind if it isnt IPS

Looks nice!, just a little thing i wanted to clarify, it doesnt have to be exactly 22, it can be 21.5 also, most 22" monitors are 21.5 actually because of the marketing
