DVI-D to VGA Video and Audio

Hi,
So today i'am using GTX1050ti Asus strix and im using also DVI-D to VGA and i have an issue that it was the screen was getting freeze for a second and the sound distorted is the DVI-D to VGA is the issue? or the Video Card it self.

First off, The ASUS Strix GTX1050Ti does not have a DVI-I output. It has two DVI-D, one HDMI, and one DisplayPort.
Secondly, neither DVI (natively) nor VGA carry audio.

If you're using a DVI-D to VGA adapter/converter, that may be the issue, but your audio problems are almost certainly separate.

DVi doesnt carry audio.. only HDMI
