Hello guys! I wanna start by saying THANKS to anyone reading this!

I wanna buy a new monitor for my desktop and I can't decide between these choices:

Acer Predator Z271 which is a 27" 1080p VA panel

OR

AOC AGON AG241QG which is a 23.8" 1440p TN panel
ACER PREDATOR XB241YU which is a 23.8" 1440p TN Panel
DELL S2417DG which is also a 23.8" 1440p TN Panel
(These three have actually the same specs, but I don't know which one provides the best image quality)

I'm gonna use it mainly for gaming/movies and maybe some work on webpages, not gonna do any color based work, however, I'm looking for the best (possible within this price: 550€) gaming experience with the monitor this includes fast response time, 144Hz, G-sync & ULMB (cause I own a nvidia card).

My major concern here is, would it look best a 23.8" 1440p TN panel or the 27" 1080p VA panel (I don't care so much about this one being curved). Also taking away the grapich card off the equation let's just say I have a GTX 1080/1070 (which I'm looking forward to get).

Any other monitors you can suggest below the price (550€) that could be better than any of these is also appreciated! Thank you very much for reading this and helping with my issue!

Looked at those monitors and mostly seem pretty comparable to the one I would recommend, which is cheaper then most of those.

I have two of these with gsync. It pairs perfectly with a 1070 @ 144herts. low ms, good res, decent color, good refresh rates etc....

If you decide to go with a 1080 or higher, then you may want to consider a higher resolution monitor.

Hey thank you for your answer! I'm aware of the AOC Model you pointed out, but as I'm getting a GTX 1080 I thought it was a better idea to get a 1440p resolution monitor, but all of the 1440p 27" models are very expensive (with g-sync included). So i think I'll stick with the 24" models with 1440p resolutions, which one? That's what I need help with, also, is this Acer 1080p 27"_ VA panel also a good choice?

Acer is pretty decent but I think we can find for cheaper.

Maybe look at one of these?

I'd suggest you use something like neweggs search feature. Key items to look for is gsync, 144+herts\refresh rates, low MS (preferably under 4ms) and whatever connections you need to match with your video card to monitor (cables etc...) anything else is basically a plus.
