Stuck at logo screen on a clean install of Windows 10 via USB

Hey guys im a first time builder and ive been tring to fix this issue for the better part of 4 hours. So the issue is when I try to install windows 10 via USB on a my fresh system It gets to the blue logo screen and refuses to move past the screen to install I've reinstalled the ISO file several times because I thought maybe the files were corrupted and also when it freezes my peripherals seem to loose power
Specs:
Asrock-350M-HDV MICRO ATX motherboard
AMD Ryzen 5 1400 processor
GeForce gtx 1060 3Gb GPU
EVGA 430 W1 Power supply
WD Blue 1TB HDD

Try setting the RAM speed to default of 2133 and see if it works any better.

I've done that and nothing has changed I think because of the usb ports losing power the Drive loses connection and interrupts the process

Sorry this seems late, but did you find a solution? I'm having the exact same problem now. The computer stays on but everything else seems to have lost power.

make sure the mb has the newest bios file. if you used windows media creation tool to make the usb stick try using rufus and another usb stick. if it still locking up see if there a windows 10 program like 7lite that let you install amd chipset drivers into windows 10 iso.

Ok, I'm a total noob in this... What is Rufus and how do i download it?
