G-sync 144hz monitor or 144hz monitor

I was wondering if it is better to buy a G-sync 144hz monitor or a normal 144hz monitor. I will be playing games such as PUBG, CS:GO and Fortnite.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Asus Geforce GTX 1070
MOBO: Asus ROG Strix B350-F gaming

if you have the extra bucks go for the g-sync.
if your PC can handle v-sync on with no input lag and you dont feel like its worth the extra bucks, then just stick with the free sync version.

G-Sync is the way to go. Your 1070 can not drive most games at 144fps. So you would have lots of tearing, or you would have to run at a pretty unimpressive refresh rate. With g-sync, you get the best of both worlds both a nice fast refresh rate for when your video card can keep up and a nice smooth gaming experience for those times it is a bit short.
