Viewsonic VX3209-2K is it good?

does anybody own this monitor? can you tell me your thoughts? display quality and input lag? I'm going to use it for mostly gaming and watching movies. i don't play any shooter/fast paced games so I'm okay w/ the 60fps cap.

gpu : msi duke 1070ti
proc : i5 8600k (5.1ghz)

this is the cheapest 1440p ips monitor in my country. the next one has about a 100$+ price difference
