Memory brand question.

Hi, I have a question about ram brands, I just bought a DDR3 Kingston Memory, 4GB, 1333MHz, CL9, 1.5V, I wonder if it has any chance of working with a DDR3 Crucial with same stats. I checked if it is compatible with the motherboard, looks like it is.

Motherboard: ASRock H81M-DG4

If stats are same, there is chance they will work together, but not 100% (and brand does not matter much here). The only way to find out is to try them together.
