Dell 1907FP Trouble using it for a second monitor

I have an AOC 2260WG5 as my main display running at 1920x1080 from GTX 1060. I recently got a Dell 1907FP to use a secondary monitor from a friend, however, once i got everything hooked up, it said "2: Digital Input. Cannot Display This Video Mode. Optimum Resolution 1280x1024 60hz" I have gone into my nvidia control panelk and updated the resolution and refresh rate, but it still won't work. What do i do?

I use an AOC2260WG5 as my primary monitor at 1920x1080. I recently acquired a Dell 1907FP as a secondary monitor to use from a friend. However, when I hooked everything up, the monitor says "2igital Input. Cannot Display This Video Mode. Optimum Resolution 1280x1024 60hz. I went into my Nvidia Control Panel and swapped the refresh rate down to 60 hz, but it still isn't working! Please help.
