Occasional keyboard lag on new Ryzen build

Hi, I am having this annoying issue whereby my wireless Logitech keyboard will occasionally not register inputs and then eventually 'catch up' I have done a clean Win10 install onto an mx300 ssd. Have tried various troubleshooting like changing the usb port of the single and replaced the batteries in the keyboards. I also installed the accompanying Logitech software incase it was to do with that.

Anyone got suggestions as to whats wrong?

might be the keyboard, try it with a wired keyboard and see if it still lags.

I don't have a wired keyboard to try unfortunately but it's my old keyboard from a previous windows 10 computer and it worked flawlessly on that
