Can my pc survive with 144hz Monitor ?

What do you mean survive? It's not going to burst into flames if you plug in a 144hz monitor if that's what you are asking lol. I use a 1440p 144hz monitor with my 1060 and it does pretty well in most games if I play with the settings a bit. I think a 1080p 144hz monitor would be a good fit with a 1060.

LOL i just noticed that , btw i want to play games like csgo , league , dota , fortnite . You say i need to play with my settings abit . Can i play csgo on high settings with this pc + a 144 hz monitor ? . Thanks for the response

I didn't say that you need to play with the settings at all. I do as I am using a 2k 144hz monitor which is quite hard for a 1060 to drive properly in demanding games. In CSGO at 1080p you could likely max the game out (no super sampling) and get around 144fps if not more.
