GTX1050 and LG 43UD79B - no 60Hz with 4k

Pretty simple question.

WHY?

Im using the supplied HDMI cable on the HDMI port labeled 60P and plugged into hdmi on my 1050 GTX Card....it should have 60hz. Ive tried several HDMI Cables. All show High speed with ethernet. They are good high end cables. But still....30hz.

For what its worth, I cannot get these hdmi ports to put 60hz with Macbook either, but for now, let's focus on why I can't do it witn windows.

Please help. I'm genuinely concerned that the monitor is faulty.
