Yesterday night, a message popped up on my screen, saying the windows need to update, I clicked remind me later, when it was time for me to go to bed, I clicked update and shutdown, it started shutting down and then updating. I noticed it was going really slow, I slept anyways, when I woke up the PC was turned off, now that I turn it on , it started updating, the quality seems to be a bit low, (of the letters and e everything) and it's going really slow. I'll edit the time and percentage in 2 minutes from now, I'm afraid of viruses although there was never a problem and I have good antivirus

Edit:
After 8-9 minutes it's at 9% I don't know if it is normal, please help

Yes its normal.

Windows download and prepares the update while in the shutdown/restarts process. When your turn it back on it will continue the process, if an update is so big it does it in segments which can mean continues restarts till completed.
