Problem on monitor screen - AOC G2460P

I have a problem with the AOC monitor, exactly half the monitor screen is green and the other half works correctly. I found a solution, turned off the power for a few minutes ... it goes back working perfectly and after 10 minutes the problem comes back.

how old is the monitor? try another monitor even a friend's for testing purposes to see if it is a monitor issue or videocard.
