BenQ GL2460 static problem and BenQ XL2411T no 144hz

Hello!

I need help with two different problems I have with my two screens.

1. I'm getting a static problem on my BenQ GL2460 over the whole screen, when watching videos on Youtube in fullscreen or like netflix in fullscreen. You can see here: https://streamable.com/rridb
I'm using a HDMI cable to motherboard right now, i've tried d-sub to graphics card and HDMI too. But none of these cables does not fix my issue.

2. My BenQ XL2411T doesn't show 144hz on TestUFO.com, and that is wierd. I have all my settings on 144hz on graphics card control panel and on windows settings. I'm using a DVI-D to DVI-D on my graphics card. I've tried DVI-D too motherboard, but that didn't help either.

I would appreciate all the help I get, I want to fix these issues

I've tried Firefox now and it showed 144hz, but FPS goes bananas. From like 80 to 144 FPS every second. But why doesn't Chrome show 144hz for me? only 60hz
