Hello everyone,

I just reinstalled my custom PC and when I try to install the Asus Ai Suite 3 it will not open at all. I'm little stuck, I tired different ways but doesn't seem to work. What I am tiring to do is my BIOS update and its the very first one, 0309 and I got it up to 705 ver. However it says I need a BIOS update which is through EZ update which uses Ai Suite 3. I am trying to get all my BIOS updates done. My system is Windows 10 64 bit and my system spec is:

MB: Asus B85M-G
CPU: i5-4430
RAM: 2x4GB= 8GB kingston
GPU: AMD XFX R7950
Storage: Samsung SSD Pro 128GB
Storage: WD Blue 500GB
PSU FPS 850W Bronze

Anti-Viurs for now is what Windows 10 gives.

Update tool: https://www.asus.com/microsite/2014/MB/New_4th_gen_Intel_processor_compatibility/

you shouldn't need to do each BIOS update, you should be able to just install 2501 as every bios includes the previous updates.

then just install the latest version of the Intel management engine interface - Management Engine Interface V11.0.0.1172 for Windows Win7 64bit & Win8 64bit & Win8.1 64bit& Win10 64bit---(WHQL).

I wouldn't install the BETA bios until its out of beta.

Which I have been doing but it says this for step three

Version 0904
2014/01/174.88 MBytes
B85M-G BIOS 0904
1. Improve system stability.
2. Support New 4th-Generation Intel Core Processors
3. Before using the new Intel 4th Gen Core processors, we suggest that you first download the BIOS updater for new Intel 4th Gen Core Processors and then update the BIOS using this tool.

Thank you for posting this info, I also noted that AI Suite 3 ceased working after the Kb4056892 patch. Sadly, currently can't download beta, "files downloaded from this page is over the limit. Please try again after xx hours."

That worked beautiful but now the BIOS updater says I need to install Intel management engine. So which be the right one? then it says i can update each BIOS. I am again on version 705 it says to update the BIOS to 094 if I am getting that right says use the BIOS updater? or is the link you gave me keeps me fully up to date?

I'm not to sure about the BIOS update, i only use AiSuite for fan control so don't install any of the optional extras.
If your PC is functioning properly i wouldn't worry about updating the BIOS.
Asus, at this stage, aren't patching these older platforms for Spectre and Meltdown so no real need to update the BIOS.

Here is my solution for AI Suite II ;

1- Make sure if installed AI Suite II on your computer.
2- Download and install manually if your Windows Update can't install automatically update "KB4056892" : http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4056892 (choose Windows 10 latest link below in catalog)
3- After installed the update "KB4056892" don't let restart the computer. Choose "Close" or "I will reboot after"
4- Download and install manually this update "KB4073290" : https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4073290 (choose Windows 10 latest link below in catalog)
5- After installed the "KB4073290" update then click to "Restart Now" and see the result.
Good Luck.
