How To Fix Slow Startup With Beeps and 100% Disk usage

Hi! I have a few questions about my new pc I bought. Its by Medion. First things first, sometimes when I start the pc up it does 5 beeps- but only sometimes. Second is When b boot up my PC the disk usage goes up to 99% for about 5 minutes? Is this normal?
Specs:
Intel core i5 7400
GTX 1060 3GB
8GB RAM

Can you please try the solutions given here to fix the 5-beeps issue?

About the disk usage, if it is only for a few minutes upon starting the computer, the time it takes to get to the normal usage percentage may depend on how many apps Windows has to initialize upon startup.

However, you can still try Defragmenting Your C:\ Drive, and see if it gets better.
