Overclocking gpu help please

Gpu: Geforce GTX 1050 FTW ACX 3.0 2GB
Cpu: Intel Pentium G4560
Ram: 8GB
Power Supply: Corsair CX Series CX450 450W ATX12V 80 Plus Bronze Certified Active PFC Power Supply
So yeah. Trying to overclock my graphics card. Can you do step by step on how to?
New to all of this but I'm trying to get the best out of it for more fps.
Also, can you tell me how much more fps I might get from overclocking?
