Getting weird ram error messages when shutting down (nvidia)

Hello!

Sometimes when I shut down my system without closing all programs or just after closing them, I get error messages related to the ram. I am running a 7700k with 16 GB of Corsair DDR4-3000 Ram.

Is this normal? I only have had it since this month.

I believe it has to do with a Nvidia driver. Very Strange to me. Never had this before

Sorry it's in german but it says something like:

The instruction at xyz referenced memory at xyz. The process written could not be carried out.

Can someone help me with this? Same thing happened here:

Is it related to RAM or Nvidia? Why is GFX card info included with RAM issue?

These questions live on. Someone else may have this issue and this archived question can help them. You know of those who have similar issue? Any links to those instances or possible work-arounds?

Run both of these tests and report back the results.

Most likely NVIDIA OR Windows 10. A few people have had it before. RAM was just tested for a few days with Memtest

I only found people having the same issue, but no real workarounds. It seems like the program keeps trying to access the ram when shutting down but doesn't realize the pc is shutting down.

Have you tried disabling the Nvidia Container service?

These tests were just run by the manifacturer of the system and myself. RAM is completely ok (3 days testing of my manifacturer, 1 night by me). Stresstesting RAM with Prime 95 too...

Prime 26.6?

I like Intel's Burn Test. Set the Stress level to maximum.

I tried all those tests. Went perfectly stable :/. Manifacturer too - they said they ran it for 6h straight without any problem or high temperatures.

Sorry - disabled what?

Who is this manufacturer?

LOL Without high temperatures? What does that mean? Specifics should come from the manufacturer. Stress tests always result in high temperatures. They push components to the limit but no high temperatures? And why are they running Prime or which test did they run? Is this some company like Cyberpower or Ibuypower? Hope not.

It's Caseking. Temps never go above 72-74° on watercooling (H115i with custom fans)

Not bad for the 7700K. Loving my GFX card. 50C max during benchmarks and 20-30s during gaming. EVGA 1080Ti FTW3 Hybrid.

Yeah I really doubt it's the hardware, rather Windows 10. I will try to live with it. My 1080 ti is not watercooled but an Asus Strix OC. Runs like a charm.

Agreed. When a simple change(OK) can allow it to close properly that says software settings.
