wich monitor is better for casual gaming a monitor with IPS panel and 60Hz or a monitor with gsync 144Hz but with TN panel?My budget is around 450-500 euros and my setup is an i7 7700k and a GTX 1080

Since you mentioned Casual Gaming, IPS is a go. You will get superior image quality on IPS.
