No HDMI Signal

So recently my power supply blew up and i had to get a new one and a new case, i bought a Cooler Master Masterbox Pro 5 RGB and have the Front panel and HD audio and the 24 pin for the Motherboard and my card is in which is a 1070 ti, but when i power my computer up it says HDMI no signal i checked and its plugged in to the card and monitor and the card has power the LEDs work and the fans work, but it keeps saying HDMI no signal, ive Cleaned the Ram and CPU fan and replaced the HDMI cord i tried i spare 1060 i had and ive replaced the CMOS battery and none of it has worked, and before i buy more stuff and hopes it works i would like to know if anyone could help me or knows anyone that could

Try connecting a display to the motherbd's video port and see if its defaulted back to using the onboard video (if you have it).
