Bios update help

Good evening. I have an issue with my dell inspiron 20 3000 touch desktop. I received an update for a bios update. Before I could get out of it it did it automatically.. Then my computer screen went black and mouse didn't work.. What could this be?

how old is the computer as it appears the bios update messed up the bios?

I bought it new from Best Buy back in March 2017

take it back to best buy as still under the 1yr warranty.

Its there now they said if its a hardware issue they will fix it because of the warranty. If its a software they wont repair it.
