No display need help!!

I have some issues on the display on my computer. I all ready change a new ram sticks and try all the ram slots still no display all the fans are working PSU fan CPU fan GPU fan.
All ready try without GPU still not working when u turn on my PC the mouse didn't turn on although when i open my Dvd drive it opens. so whats the problem here?

Have you tried using a different monitor? Do you hear any beeps during the startup?

Try to connect your pc/laptop onto a tv around the house and see if you get any image.

is not a monitor issue if the mouse won't turn on. I would be looking at the motherboard or the psu for the cause of the problem.
