Need help on picking out a 4k monitor

I just built a new system, specs are i7-8700k, MSI 1080ti, 16gb DDR4 ram. I am looking to upgrade my monitor now. I am currently using a 1080p Asus vh242 24" monitor. I would like to have either a 28" or 32" 4k monitor. My budget is around $300. I am currently playing Destiny 2 and will play similar games.

Would my system have any issues handling 4k?

I only see two monitors at $300 which are 4K and 28". A Dell and an AOC. Dell monitors are usually pretty good. So, I'd get the Dell.
