Black screen after reinstalling windows.

So I wanted to reinstall windows with the file wipe and at about 75% it said "undoing changes" then it went to a blue screen and said the reinstall failed? So I clicked the button to launch the computer, and I got a blackscreen, waited for like 15 min and nothing happens, so i restart it again and after my motherboard logo goes off the windows logo wont pop up and its just a black screen. Tried getting into recovery mode where i could launch in safe mode, but it wont work all i get is a black screen and nothing pops up. Any tips on what to do?
Edit: The reason i wanted to reinstall it was because when i would use the computer it would randomly say windows stoped working a lot.

It could be that your Windows software was corrupted. Make sure your installation disk is free of errors.
Now, you should reinstall Windows 10 from a USB drive by creating a Windows 10 installation media.
