- CPU temps is fine

- GPU temp is a few degrees high on load. Over 100C is considered bad. Recommend blowing the PC and graphics card out with compressed air, making sure all case fans are working. If no improvement in temps, try running the PC with the side panel removed to see if GPU temp improves.

I have 2 front intake fans. And cooler master hyper 103 for cpu. Armaggedden voltron 400w power supply has one fan and gtx 750 ti has 2 fans. Should i add 1 exhaust?

Another exhaust would probably help improve airflow especially if you don't have a top exhaust. I would try running the PC with the side panel removed first in a cool room. If temps don't improve then there is no need for another fan. If you can get your GPU below 90c with the side panel open I would add another exhaust fan.
