Wi-Fi drivers motherboard graphics card

So I finished building my first rig, installed the bios for my motherboard, installed the drivers for it as well, installed my drivers for my graphics card, and I'm using Windows 10 (home). My issue is that I can't connect to the internet, i dont know what do. Ive already tried those YouTube things where you go into the device manager and it still doesn't work. I really need help. I'm using an amd motherboard and a ryzen cpu with a nvidia gtx 1050ti.
