4K monitor 60hz or 1080p 144hz

Does anyone know of a monitor that runs 4K at 60hz but also can run 1920x1080 at 144hz? I want to be able to choose between 4K with lower FPS or 1080p with higher FPS. I can’t seem to find any monitors that can do not 4K @60hz and 1080@144hz. Thanks

That will be any 4K 144hz monitor.

You can manually change the refresh rate as you do the resolution.

And once they are on the market, expect them to be over $1000. : P

For now, your best bet would be to look at 1440p, 144Hz screens, like these.
