Will Copper paint with chemical patina conduct too much electricity to use on pc tower case? [SOLVED]

Will Copper paint with chemical patina conduct too much electricity to use on pc tower case " Deepcool Steamcastle Yellow Case" the original yellow is not a bright true yellow but a more off yellow so I thought to make it look more steam punk with corroded copper. The original case front and top veneers are a rubbery plastic so ill probably need to sand back and maybe base coat.
