Intel Turbo Boost Driver

I have a 6yo PC with an intel core i7 860 @2.8Ghz. I need to find an Intel (R) Turbo Boost Driver as it is not working properly. Device Manager cannot find a driver and intel have not unsurprisingly stopped supporting this aged product.
Does anyone one know where I my find the correct driver for Win 10 64-bit OS?

Turbo works at the chip and bios level. Don’t think any software is required. Ou could try installing the latest Intel Management Engine.
