Is it worth buying this monitor?

I want to buy a ps4 slim, and I need a monitor for it so I went looking and found DELL UltraSharp U2414H Black, from where I would buy it it would cost 189,99 €. So is it not needed? I could get the same experience with a little less expensive one or is it actually missing something for the maximum experience? I don't know a lot about tech sorry.

Is there no headphone port/jack thing? ( I'm not a native english speaker )
And is a HDTV worth it for a ps4 slim? Does this monitor have everything it needs for max performance?

What's the difference between SAMSUNG S22F350FHU and DELL UltraSharp U2414H Black? It's 90 € cheaper, would it still provide the same performance as the DELL one?

I asked on steam, they said any monitor or tv with 1080p HDMI and 60Hz is fine. So if I buy the samsung one will it have the best performance?

The Samsung should work if its resolution is 1920x1080 and has an HDMI connector. I'd still take an HDTV over a monitor. Since you will have multiple inputs, a remote control and speakers.
