dual monitor (full hd + 4k) on intel 8700k

I have an intel i7-8700k (UHD 630 graphics) and a full hd monitor connected to the pc. I want to add a second 4K monitor (in extended mode). Will the intel graphics be able to run this dual setup ? I don't have a discrete GPU, only the intel one.

Run - yes. As long as your motherboard has two video ports. Just don't expect gaming on that setup.

No it's not for gaming, just office use. My MOBO has a dvi, an hdmi and a d-sub port

Ok, so you need to connect 4k monitor to HDMI port on this motherboard, and the FHD monitor to either DVI or D-SUB port.
Note however, that due to your motherboard constraints, you will get only 30 Hz refresh rate on 4K screen - as your motherboard supports only HDMI 1.4, and to get 60 Hz you need HDMI 2.0 or better. Even for office use that may not be comfortable.

Thank you. If i install a discrete GPU will this solve the problem of low Hz for the 4k monitor? Or for hdmi 2.0 I will need a new mobo ?

If you install dedicated GPU that supports HDMI 2.0 or better, and connect your 4k monitor to it, you will be able to get 60 Hz without need to change motherboard, as motherboard capability becomes irrelevant at this point.
