hit computer power cable by accient then computer restarts and shows a black screen saying Intel firmware 7.1.10.1065

my friend hit his power cable with a vacuum on accident and his computer shut down. When he turned his computer back on all there was showing on screen was the bios and it didn't load into windows 10 or he couldn't press any buttons. I told him to take out the cmos battery and put it back in since l saw a similar post on how to fix this problem so l saw no harm in doing it. when we turned the computer back on it showed the bios again then showed a black screen saying all of this:https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NNMLx3P6DBZbrFfpApFxKOB3s-8LircWBgjpc9J0GKQ/edit?usp=sharing

Could you provide a better picture or at least the text from the 2 lines at the bottom.
If it says press F2 or Del key to enter the BIOS then do that.
Then reset the BIOS to default settings. Save and exit (F10) and reboot

Any button he presses doesn't do anything and l will try get a clear picture

In the mean time, with the PC off, disconnect the power cable from the back and if the PSU have an On/Off switch turn it Off.
Disconnect all devices attached to the PC and just leave the keyboard.
Connect the power cord back, power On PSU and turn the PC on.
Is the PC responding to the keyboard?

yeah nothing worked the pc didn't respond to the keyboard

he just tried to use the same keyboard on a different computer and the keyboard worked fine

Is that a wired or wireless keyboard.
Try a wired keyboard on different USB ports.

its a wired and he tried a different usb port

Did the PC fell, because just unplugging the power usually does not cause such behavior.
You need to open it and go thru all the connections and components to see if something is amiss.

No it didn't fall he just hit the cable and the pc turned off. I'm going to his house today to have a look inside the pc and yeah it is unusual that it caused this behavior

wow l just changed the keyboard pressed F1 and it fixed it all. I guess it was the keys on the keyboards fult or something else
