Must install Windows 10 on new Hard Drive. Does this mean I have to buy a new copy of it?

My hard drive went on a fritz in the middle of updating Windows and cannot operate it. I will be getting a new drive and re-install but my only question is, will I have to buy a new copy of Win10 or is there a way to maintain my current copy. It was an upgrade from Win7. It would be highly frustrating if I need to buy it, but in the event of, would there be any problems if I bought that copy from Kinguin? I hardly find fair to have to pop $100 because of a (supposed) failed drive, which I actually think is still healthy. But besides that, I have no choice--Windows won't boot, I'm locked and I will upgrade. Can someone provide any useful links as to how I can maintain my current copy if possible? Please only reply with help to install Windows. Thanks.

no you dont need to buy a new win10 license. your license is still active with your motherboard. you can get the installer form the link below with a USB drive/DVD. just install and skip the license key input. after you are done installing, you can confirm your windows is still activated, under Settings > Update & Security > Activation.

if you are planning to do a motherboard upgrade, follow the instructions below
