Time and date getting messed up after waking up from suspend all the time

I suspend my pc quite often. Now I have this issue that I came upon when I started getting this error in Firefox: "SEC_ERROR_OCSP_OLD_RESPONSE". It's because time and date are out of whack. And no it is not because of defective CMOS battery because I just changed my motherboard (same model) unrelated to that issue and the problem persists. So weird... I'm on Win 10 Pro x64.
