In the video it appears there are 2 monitors both going in and out at the same time. Is that correct? My first thought is that the GPU isn't fully in the slot or is failing. Please download and run Speccy. http://www.majorgeeks.com/mg/get/speccy,1.html. This will help us see what you have. When you run it, click on File/Publish Snapshot/ then it'll give you an URL to paste here. This will give us a look at your hardware, temps, and voltages.

I have not been able to open any programs on The PC. How an i supposed to download that?
