New PC - can’t install windows 10, nothing on screen.

Hello,

So I bought a new pc and opted to install Windows 10 myself so I bought the disk and product key and the pc arrived today with no cd reader. That’s fine. I made a bootable copy on a usb.

The Only problem is, when I turn the computer on with the hdmi cable plugged in, nothing shows up on screen so I can’t begin the install. There is also no beep when I turn on the pc. Where am I going wrong?

Thankyou for taking the time to reply I have been at this for hours however I have come up with a fix. I took away my graphics card and boom, everything is ok. I think my system got a little confused on what display to boot from.
