black screen after boot logo

My windows 10 computer keeps going to black screen after the windows boot logo. I have reinstalled windows and replaced my old GPU with a brand new GTX 1060. The weird thing is that when a boot without a GPU and just use onboard graphics it just works. I can still boot into safemode with a GPU. Please help.

While in safe mode check in Device manager what adapter listed under display adapters.

I tried that and it says gtx 1060 and integrated graphics

Try uninstalling the integrated graphics, then restart and see if same issue.

Try testing the card in different pc. See if working.

Yeah the card works, I get the same issue both with my old 670 and my new 1060

I have disabled the igpu in the bios and that solved it, thanks for your help
