Newly built computer will not display a second time

My computer went into BIOS and I exited it. Upon exiting, i also turned off the pc by the power supply. Now the pc turns on (fan and lights) and wont display anything and my usb ports wont work

Try taking out cmos battery and then putting it back in (also some mobos have built in cmos reset switch. Check the mobo manual). Make sure your hands touch the metal of the case first before you go anywhere near the mobo with them.
This should reset bios and maybe help you boot.
